Quality
Quality assurance is done through a series of closely coordinated meetings. Making sure that the builders purchasing agent is fully aware of the proposed scope of work in an item for item outline of the entire scope. This scope is then put into cut sheets, the cut sheets are then relayed to the installation staff and a copy is given to our quality control department to make sure installation is checked during the construction of the home. This prevents going back after the drywall is installed. If there are problems the installation staff is trained to notify the superintendent and Green Stream in writing right away.

With Green Stream all phases of design, value engineering, energy efficiency audits, installation and customer service are part of the value the builder experiences with our standard services. Being a solar contractor we can also offer standard solar program using BIPV integrated into the roof or options sold as part of the builder options program.
